AXIS#.SAFE.FSOE.SAFETYADDR
Description
This command is the FSoE safety address for this axis. The format of the safety address is nnaa where nn is the SafeID and aa is the axis ID.
Example
If SafeID is 10 then AXIS1.SAFE.FSOE.SAFETYADDR is 1001 and AXIS2.SAFE.FSOE.SAFETYADDR is 1002.
